2. Question: Can I nominate myself for an award, or does it have to come from someone else?
Answer: While self-nominations are not regularly accepted, we understand that clients may wish to express their gratitude directly. In such cases, if for example, an elderly client wants to nominate you for an award who will obviously not know what a QR code is, you can collect the statement from them and enter the information on their behalf. To maintain the authenticity of the process, we kindly request contact information for verification purposes. This approach ensures that nominations primarily come from external sources, aligning with the spirit of recognition for outstanding service within the industry.
3. How are winners notified, and what is the timeline for announcements?
Winners are notified through email, so it's crucial to provide accurate contact information. For members, we often have their details on file, allowing for immediate notification. We'll also make an effort to inform the company of the nomination. Please be aware that our ability to notify promptly depends on the quality of the information we receive.
